Health tip: Bodybuilder reveals how vegan diet and no dairy banished his acne

A bodybuilder turned to veganism after exhausting every possible solution to rid his face of the large pus-filled cysts that had haunted him since puberty.

He guaranteed others could banish acne if they dropped all dairy out of their diet, drank a gallon (3 litres) of water a day and ate at least 10 to 16 servings of vegetables a day.

You may have problem following his strict diet but you can try slowly reducing your meat and sweet stuff intake. Incorporating more water, fruits and natural food like whole grains and nuts into your diet.
