Cooling food has the tendency to discharge itself and other stuff from the body. This is good for THE long term as the cooling food is not stored in your body.
Precaution: Eating too much cooling food simultaneously (for long term) is very unhealthy as cooling will weaken your body organs.
Heaty food tends to keep itself in the body resulting in becoming toxic. Therefore, it is not advisable to eat the same heaty food for long term, especially if your heaty food is a supplement.
