You head is mainly fats, but protein is also needed for your hair and muscles of your head to be healthy and strong.

To kill 2 birds with one stone, may I suggest eating food that has both protein and fats like avocados, soy, seeds, nuts, and salmons for your head's nutrients.

Researchers conducted a study in mice to find out if diarrhea serves a purpose.

  1. They infected mice with the human equivalent of E.coli and analyzed their stools,
  2. Infected mice produced proteins that caused tiny leaks in their intestinal wall,
  3. These leaks allowed more water to enter the intestines, making the mouse poop looser and limiting disease severity.

Diarrhea also helps your body cleared of toxin when we eat poisonous or contaminated food.
