NParks warns public after crocodile spotted at Changi Beach

The National Parks Board (NParks) has put up warning signs at Changi Beach Park following reports of a crocodile in the area.

One eyewitness, who did not want to be named, said that he had seen a crocodile near Changi Point Ferry Terminal for the past four days, including near the boardwalk area close to the ferry terminal.

SG Bike: Singapore’s 4th bike-sharing operator

SG Bike, a local start-up formed by leisure bicycle operator in East Coast and Pasir Ris, Park Cosco Recreation, and estate upgrading and town improvement company ISOTeam, launched its services to become the fourth player after ofooBike and Mobike.

Currently available only in Bukit Panjang Town, it will have 300 of its bicycles available at all Housing and Development Board (HDB) blocks, bus-stops, LRT and MRT stations by end of August.

To target indiscriminate parking, the bikes can be found only in 305 Geostations, marked by yellow boxes, installed in designated parking areas as part of a trial with the town council. Riders have to park at specific locations equipped with a Geostation or face a penalty charge.
