Woman recovered from blood cancer with turmeric

A woman who battled blood cancer for years without success finally halted the disease with turmeric, it has been reported.

Dieneke Ferguson is now leading a normal life after giving up on gruelling treatments that failed to stop it.

Doctors say her case is the first recorded instance in which a patient has recovered by using the spice after stopping conventional medical treatments.

DASH diet comes top for the 8th year in a row

Doctor collapses and dies in front of patient after working 18-hour shift without a break

Dr Zhao Bianxiang died after working an 18-hour shift. She was found without a pulse after collapsing on 29 December.

However, despite the best efforts of medics who battled for 20 hours to save her life, Zhao never recovered.

Zhao, who was deputy head of respiratory medicine at the Yuci District People’s Hospital in Jinzhong City in north-western China’s Shaanxi Province, died from a subarachnoid hemorrhage, which is caused by the rupturing of an aneurysm in the brain, the facility said.

Do not over-stressed your body. Take a break when you feel tired and do not work over a 12-hour shift.
